Let YOUR voice be heard (in your journal)

Yes girls. You need to let your voice be heard. Not just at team level but on a personal level, You need to hear your own voice. That inner voice - we so often neglect and pay little attention to affects your game more than you can imagine.

Here are a few points on what you can jot down in that little blue note book of yours:

1) Date (It can be date of training or date of your journal entry)

2) Goal/Target/Objective (of training session or mental exercise)

3) Reflection (before/during/after training or mental session)
3 different aspects:
- Emotion
- Physical
- Mental

4) Images/Inner Voice/Trigger words, etc encountered

5) Looking ahead (learning points from experience)

Note mental exercise/session here may refer to various thought processes or imagery that you may have encountered.
